Reliability Analysis of Hybrid System Using Geometric Process in Multiple Level of Constant Stress Accelerated Life Test through Simulation Study for Type-II Progressive Censored Masked Data

Numerous studies have already been attempted to explore the reliability of systems considering mask data, though mass them has largely focused on basic series or parallel systems, where component failures are assumed follow an exponential Weibull distribution. However, most electrotonic products and made up numerous components integrated in parallel-series, series-parallel, other bridge hybrid structures, number area accelerated life testing (ALT) employing masked data for is limited. In this paper, constant-stress ALT (CSALT) explored based type-II progressive censoring scheme (TIIPCS) a four-component system using geometric process (GmP). The failure times generalized Pareto (GP) maximum likelihood estimate (MLE) technique used establish statistical inference model's unknown parameters under premise that reasons system. addition, asymptotic confidence intervals (ACIs) also obtained by inverting fisher information matrix. Finally, simulation study given explain proposed techniques evaluate performance estimates. MLEs assessed terms root mean square errors (RMSEs) relative absolute biases (RABs), whereas ACIs their interval length (IL) coverage probabilities (CPs). findings show can deliver good estimation with small intermediate sample sizes, estimates more accurate when observed, showing method's efficiency.
